Purpose
The Grantor hereby appoints the above-mentioned Authorized Person as its true and lawful Attorney to act on its behalf in relation to the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) services with LEI International Private Limited (TNV-LEI), including but not limited to:
- Submitting LEI registration, renewal, transfer, and update applications
- Providing documentation and Legal Entity Reference Data (LE-RD) for verification
- Managing the LEI dashboard, user account, and all communications with TNV-LEI
- Signing declarations and compliance documents
- Receiving confirmation, notices, and updates related to the LEI lifecycle
- Taking any action reasonably necessary or incidental to the above purposes
Duration and Validity
This Power of Attorney shall remain valid until:
- Revoked in writing by the Grantor and accepted by TNV-LEI, or
- The LEI becomes retired, annulled, or transferred to another LOU, or

Declaration and Indemnity
The Grantor declares that all actions performed by the Authorized Person under this Power of Attorney shall be deemed valid, binding, and enforceable upon the Legal Entity.
The Grantor agrees to indemnify TNV-LEI against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from reliance on this authorization, provided such reliance is made in good faith.
