    Can individuals apply for an LEI?

    No, LEIs are issued only to legal entities, not to individuals.

    Who requires an LEI?

    Entities such as companies, partnerships, trusts, funds, and government bodies involved in financial transactions or regulatory reporting.

    Can I transfer my LEI to TNV-LEI from another LOU?

    Submit a transfer request with authorization and the LEI remains the same.

    Is it mandatory to have an LEI?

    Yes. Across many jurisdictions, financial market participants are required to obtain a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI in order to engage in regulated financial activities, in line with international regulatory frameworks and global financial standards.
