If your Canada entity already holds an LEI with another LOU, you can transfer the LEI to TNV-LEI at no cost. The ISO 17442 code is permanent — only the managing LOU changes.
During an LEI transfer, the record moves to Pending Transfer status, which DTCC Data Repository (US) LLC and ICE Trade Vault Canada accepts for Canada reporting. Your CSA Multilateral Instrument 96-101 submissions are not interrupted.
